I had a great experience with NuTech and Chris in particular. I had mold in my apartment and Chris came out twice to run different types of test to make sure that we covered all the bases. The report was very thorough and included pictures and recommendations on how to fix the problem. It was a pleasure working with NuTech Mold & Water!

Great company and great people!! Chris knew his stiff and offered us plenty of informed choices for the house. Once you hear the word Mold....tend to get nervous. With NuTech they show you how common that is in the state of Georgia and break down various levels of treatment. IN the end our "problem" was mild but they put everyone at ease and were able to sell our house with no issues. Strongly recommend!

We originally had another company scheduled to do our mold remediation and vapor barrier on our new home but NuTech did such a great job on the house we were selling, we decided to switch! What really stood out to us was the attention to detail. Besides the actual work, they clean and reorganize your items afterwards. They are also competitively priced. I used NuTech at the recommendation of my real estate agent for a crawlspace repair needed for the sale of my former home. The job was time critical and the NuTech personnel completed the estimate and the on-site work well within the closing deadline. I was quite pleased with the outcome and will use NuTech again if a similar repair is needed at my new home.

I don’t have enough good to say about this company. Their rep Chris answered my endless questions, and was available by phone and text constantly. Mold scares me. I have very reactive asthma. I bought a new/old house in Roswell after living my entire life in dry southern CA. Inspection showed mold in crawl space. Seller contracted Nutech to remediate in basement. First night I had asthma and could not sleep in the downstairs bedroom. Was on medication for 2 days. Chris came out and kept coming out until the problem was resolved. He made suggestions and gave me choices all long the way. I have slept in the bedroom all week no problem. Chris’ main technician Tyler is an amazing bundle of energy and knowledge about treatment. I know if there’s ever an issue they will completely stand by their work. Update: Since I wrote the above review, I have lived in the home for 3 years and had wonderful service with an added dehumidifier in the crawlspace and annual inspections. Still the same great technicians and service.

Chris and his team from NuTech are excellent! I have used them several times for my clients and they never disappoint! Chris takes an incredible amount of time to explain the report findings and what is truly needed to treat the issue. He does not try to oversell more than what is needed and he is an excellent mitigator between Seller and Buyer. In an industry with a lot of shady characters, these guys were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. Every morning when the crew arrived they would knock on the door and say they were starting work. And every day when they finished, they would let me know they were leaving. The work itself was excellent, and compared with others from whom we got quotes, these guys were very competitive. Tim, who was the salesman, did a great job explaining the options, and never tried to be pushy. NuTech was recommended to me by a friend, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. NuTech is a excellent company to do business with concerning water and mold. The techs that came out and did the work were very professional and very courteous. Chris and his team do an outstanding job! We had a rental that had a massive mold bloom in the attic. They came in, remediated it and also made sure the crawl space was in great shape. My asthmatic daughter was able to move in and it was clean and safe for her! I am so grateful!

Very easy company to work with. Thor explained the process to remove the mold in a bedroom. I was skeptical that it would be work. To my complete amazement it disappeared. The mold problem was gone.
