The key to this is understanding what is the goal of the testing? There are several types of testing, from the traditional spore trap (air test) to carpet to swab or lift tape. There are particle counts; there are ATP tests, there is the ERMI, ERMA, and even toxin testing. Any or all of these could be used to come up with a picture of what is occurring and help to determine a properly tailored scope of work.
